The town and the graph offer two ways to explore it. The town shows familiar places; the graph reveals the relationships that reach beyond them, connecting his home, work, relationships and plans.

04 — So what's different
Plenty of tools will draw your life as a graph. The difference is whether the connections mean anything or whether you're the one keeping them current.
When the structure is explicit and the system maintains it, things start to work that couldn't before. A trip you're planning can know about the car you're maintaining. A change to Thursday's dinner can ripple through the grocery list, the budget, and the plan for the week. A question you ask months later gets answered from what actually happened, not from what an agent guesses you meant. These are small examples. The principle is general: once your world has this kind of structure, you stop wrangling information and start working inside it.
Do I have to build this graph by hand? No. The model builds from two things: the sources you connect — calendars, messages, accounts, files — and the conversations you have with it over time. As you talk through plans, correct what it gets wrong, and make decisions, the model gets richer. You're not maintaining a graph. You're building a shared understanding of your world, and the structure accumulates behind it.
Connecting those sources is still work in progress.
What does a knowledge graph add? SightCone maintains one working model of your world: your people, your things, your plans, and even the future you're trying to bring about. When there's a gap between that and what's actually happening, it helps you close it over time.

Where this stands
- Real: The knowledge graph runs on Relica today. Constraint propagation is real. Built on a formal knowledge standard (Gellish / ISO 15926).
- Mocked: The phone UI. The scenario, and Devon's world. This is a concept demonstration.
